Pes. 117ᵃ אין השכינה … מתוך ע׳ וכ׳ the Divine Presence (holy inspiration) does not rest upon man in moments of languor or sadness &c. Ḥag. 5ᵇ אין עצי׳ לפני וכ׳ there is no sadness before the Lord, for it is written (I Chr. XVI, 27) &c.; Yalk. Jer. 292.
