לְטוּתָא, (לְטִי) curse. Snh. 48ᵇ לְטוּתֵיה דלַטְיֵיה אבוך (Yalk. Kings 172 לַוְוטָתָא) his curse with which thy father cursed him (euphemism for: the curse with which thy father cursed me). Nidd. 13ᵇ דינא תנן או ל׳ תנן does the Mishnah (Nidd. II, 1) mean a law (punishment) or an execration?
