XXI, 28; XXI, 33; XXII, 4; XXII, 5) לא ה׳ השור כה׳ וכ׳ (Y. ed. לא השור כה׳ וכ׳) the case of the goring ox is not analogous to that of the eating animal, nor are the cases of both of them which are animated beings, analogous to the case of damage through fire which is inanimate &c. (i.e. the four cases had to be specified in the Biblical text); yet the points common to all are that they are liable to do damage &c. Mekh.
