דַּרְדֵּיג, (Paʿpel of דרג, cmp. זרק; v. Fl. in Levy Talm. Dict. I, 444ᵃ) to drip. Keth. 17ᵇ ד׳ משחא וכ׳ he dripped oil on the head of scholars at his son’s wedding. Ib. דַּרְדּוּגֵי משחא וכ׳ the act of dripping oil &c. (indicating that the bride is a virgin).
