דּוּל (v. דְּלָא) to wind, draw water. Denom. דְּוַל, דַּוְולָא.
    *. - אַדְוֵיל to wind up, make skeins, prepare for spinning. Yeb. 63ᵃ זבון ולא תדויל Ar. s. v. דל 5 buy (ready-made) and do not wind skeins (ed. זבין ולא תיזול, v. זוּל I a. II).
    Ithpe. - אִדְּוִיל, אִידְּ׳ to be drawn from, to give water enough for irrigation. B. Bath. 8ᵃ ודילמא לא מִידְּוִול but perhaps the well (to be dug) will prove unfit for irrigation? Ib. 12ᵇ
