גְּנוּנִית, (v. גִּנּוּן) couch.—Pl. גְּנוּנִיּוֹת. Y’lamd. to Deut. X, 12 quot. in Ar. (ref. to בַּגַּנִּים, Cant. VIII, 13) when the students at college sit ג׳ ג׳ arranged by couches (school forms).
