בָּרַץ (√בר; cmp. ברז, v. P. Sm. 618) to break through.
    Pi. - בֵּרֵץ to cut through from end to end. Part. Pu. מְבוֹרָץ. Tosef. Kil. III, 10 חריץ המב׳ a ditch which is cut through, going from end to end of the vineyard (Mish. ib. V, 3 מפולש). Men. I, 2 קמצו מב׳ the priest’s grasp of the meal offering must be coming forth on both sides.
