(explain. פרוסבול) פרוס בולי ובוטי (prob. a Babyl. corruption of בולי בולבוטי πρὸς βουλῇ βουλευτῶν) before the council of senators. Ib. 37ᵃ (as if two words) בולי ובו׳ וכ׳ bulé are the rich, bute (as if fr. בטט, play on עבט) the poor (broken ones).
