*אִסְפֶּירֶס, (Ispe. noun of פרס, cmp. פַּרְסָה) the front part of the foot (where it is split). Num. R. s. 4 הופך א׳ וכ׳ he turned the front of his foot (put his foot on tip-toe) and danced.
