פִּיקְעָא, (פְּקַע) split, esp. slits in the rectum. Ab. Zar. 28ᵃ sq. חש בפ׳ suffered from slits. Ib. ליתי … ולינח פ׳ להדי פ׳ let him get the kernel of a bramble fruit and place its split (wedge-shaped) side against the slit. Ib. פ׳ עילאה slits in the upper part of the rectum, פ׳ תיתאה in the lower part.
