עָצִיץ, (עצץ, v. אֲצִיצָא) a common earthen vessel (used for refuse). Keth. III, 4 האונס שותה בעֲצִיצוֹ the ravisher must drink out of the offensive vessel he has chosen, expl. ib. 5 אפי׳ היא חיגית וכ׳ he must marry the woman, even if she be lame &c.—Esp. flower-pot. Dem.
