קְבוּרָה קְבוּרָה, burial. M. Kat. 28ᵃ (ref. to Num. XX, 1) סמוך למיתה ק׳ immediately after death, burial is mentioned (without mentioning the exhibition of the body in an open place prior to burial). Snh. 46ᵇ (ref. to Deut. XXI, 23) מכאן רמז לק׳ וכ׳ here is a hint in the Torah that burying the dead is a religious duty. Ib. ק׳ משום בזיונא, v. בִּזְיוֹנָא. Y. Taan. IV, 69ᵃ top משניתנו … לק׳ when those slain at Bethar were permitted to be buried; Ber. 48ᵇ. Gen.
