כְּפָתָה, (v. preced.) travelling implements tied up, bundle.—Pl. כְּפָתוֹת. Gen. R. s. 100 קשרי כְּפָתוֹתֵיהֶן התירו (some ed. קשרות) they (the Canaanites) untied the knots of their (the pall-bearers’) bundles (assisted them in their preparations for camping); Yalk. Gen. 161 בתרי כתפותיהם; Y. Sot. I, 17ᵇ bot. קשרי כתפיהן (corr. acc.).
